REFERRALS

There are a number of ways to access Psychology sessions. You may self refer, and pay for the session privately (fee schedule below).

You may also visit your local GP or paediatrician, and request a Mental Health Care Plan. This then entitles each person to ten Medicare rebated sessions.

Currently the rebate payable to clients with a mental health care plan is $136.65

Fee Schedule

Fees are based on 50 minute sessions. Sessions are currently offered face to face, as well as via Telehealth (to be agreed prior to each session).

Fees as of 1 January 2023:

Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 9:30am-3:00pm:

Out of hours surcharge:

Due to the demand for services after 3:30pm the fee for sessions outside these hours is:

Tuesdays 3:30pm-7pm; alternate Saturdays

* Clients are required to pay up front and in full on the day of the appointment. The medicare rebate of $136.65 is then processed on the client's behalf and normally appears in your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours.
